Gift Card Questions
No, every gift card is activated at the time of purchase.
Sure can! During checkout, use the recipient's shipping address rather than your own. You can even add a gift message in the cart!
All gift cards purchased online are physical cards that will be mailed to you for use in our restaurants. We do not offer downloadable gift cards at this time.
Holiday Bonus Voucher Questions
For every $100 in gift cards purchased between 11/25/22 and 12/24/22, you will receive a $25 Holiday Bonus Voucher.
Gift cards do not have to be ordered in increments of $100 to receive the holiday bonus vouchers. Every $100 worth of gift cards purchased earns a customer a $25 Bonus Voucher, but the gift cards must be purchased at the same time. Meaning, if someone bought two $50 gift cards, but they were separate transactions, they would not be eligible for a Holiday Bonus Voucher.
Example: If you were to purchase one $100 gift card, two $50 gift cards and five $20 gift cards, for a total of $300 worth of gift cards, you would receive three $25 Holiday Bonus Vouchers worth a total of $75.
Holiday Bonus Vouchers are valid for redemption in the new year from 1/1/23 through 3/31/23.
No cash value, cash back, or credit will be given. If you choose to purchase something for less than $25, you will not be able to save the remainder. Vouchers may not be used towards gratuity.
No—bonus voucher cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
Gift cards are sent through standard USPS mail. No tracking number is included. If you do not receive your gift card after a week of purchase. Please reach out to our main offices at email@example.com.
Apparel is shipped via USPS as well. Upon order fulfillment, you will be provided with a shipping tracking number.
