Gift Card Questions
Yes, you can check your balance online using this form.
No, every gift card is activated at the time of purchase.
Sure can! During checkout, use the recipient's shipping address rather than your own. You can even add a gift message in the cart!
All gift cards purchased online are physical cards that will be mailed to you for use in our restaurants. We do not offer downloadable gift cards at this time.
Merchandise Questions
Gift cards are sent through standard USPS mail. No tracking number is included. If you do not receive your gift card after a week of purchase. Please reach out to our main offices at shop@lowlandsgroup.com.
Apparel is shipped via USPS as well. Upon order fulfillment, you will be provided with a shipping tracking number.
